Duncan Systems Specialists Inc. (DSS) is a Canadian owned and operated company with offices and a full-service processing facility in Oakville, Ontario. DSS is a private company, incorporated under the laws of the province of Ontario in 1990.

The company's two principals and signing officers, Alan Duncan, President, and Margot Keuper, Vice-President, bring to their customers a wealth of both technical and bibliographic experience acquired by each over more than 25 years in the library automation and database services industry. Al Duncan leads the DSS IT staff with over 25 years of experience in systems development, data management and database services. DSS IT staff have extensive experience in the development and implementation of customized automated technical services processes including electronic ordering and online order tracking. Margot Keuper is an MLS (University of Toronto) with over 25 years experience in cataloguing and technical services, library automation and data conversion. It is Margot's responsibility to establish the in-house procedures for record creation (cataloguing), quality control (revision), product production, and physical processing for all DSS library projects, to supervise DSS project leaders, and to serve as customer liaison.
