Duncan Systems Specialists (DSS) has qualified as a vendor of Value-Added services to elementary school libraries in Ontario as part of the Ontario Library Investment Project.

Value-Added services include cataloguing and processing services and products such as CIRC-Ready processing, MARC records, Label sets, Mylar Jackets, etc.-- virtually any service or product associated with cataloguing and processing your school library's purchases through this Ministry of Education initiative.

If you have a Service Level Agreement in place with us, you may use the easy on-line order creation function on our website to request MARC records and/or cataloguing products and services.

Many of the book vendors you will be purchasing from have already established regular deliveries to our Oakville processing facility and many will send us electronic versions of your invoices to save you time and cost in the processing of your orders.
